Cancellation Policy
At My Beauty Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 72 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment may result in a 100% service charge.
• No-shows or arriving more than 15 minutes late may also be considered a missed appointment and charged accordingly.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled within the allowed time frame.
This policy allows us to respect the time of all clients and maintain availability for others. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
