Cancellation Policy

MOBILE / HOUSE CALL APPOINTMENTS (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY) • A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment (applies to your total). • 72-hour notice is required to reschedule. • Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable one time with 72+ hours notice. • Same-day cancellations/no-shows: deposit is forfeited. ADDRESS REQUIRED (MOBILE) • After booking, client must provide full address + gate code + parking instructions. • Appointment is confirmed once address is received. If address is not provided, appointment may be canceled. TRAVEL FEE (MOBILE) • Travel fee applies to all mobile appointments: - $25 (0–10 miles from 77058) - $35 (10–20 miles) - 20+ miles: quoted • Travel fees are non-refundable. AT-HOME SETUP • Client must provide a clean space, good lighting, and access to an outlet. • If setup is not available upon arrival, appointment may be shortened and travel fee/deposit still apply. LATE POLICY • 10+ minutes late: appointment may be shortened. • 15+ minutes late: may be treated as a cancellation.
